Meet the Team

Create is made up of a team of talented and creative people!

We are all very different in our skills and visions but have one huge passion at heart, and that is to inspire and create experiences for children through our workshops.

We are all constantly planning and concocting exciting projects and all all very passionate about our local community and the arts within it, especially for children.

Here's a little bit about each one of us...

Samantha Boughton
Samantha Boughton

Sam started her career as an artist when someone accidently dropped a pencil and paper into her cot. Now, armed with a BA in Illustration and years of experience bringing creativity to children around the world (literally), she is the art guru of Create.

Joanna Hennessy
Joanna Hennessy

Jo knew she was destined to be a drama queen when she purposely got herself lost at Pontins each year so she could appear on the stage! She graduated from Rose Bruford School of Speach & Drama with a BA in Theatre Design. Jo now continues to share her wacky imagination and inspires young people of all ages in the performing arts.

Rachel Swain
Rachel Swain

Rachel has been 'treading the boards' since the age of 4 when she made her debut as an Oompa-Loompa! With a BA in Performing Arts, she is at her happiest dressed as a wizard, witch or other crazy character - we never know who she's going to be next.

Andy Turner
Andy Turner

Andy is the musical mastermind of Create! He can lend his hand to any musical instrument to inspire and encourage young people to find their own groove.
He's also a genius when it comes to creating and composing original music for our shows and workshops.

Sera Quistelli
Sera Quistelli

Local artist Sera Quistelli is at her appiest with paint brushes in her hand! When she's not working on her own masterpieces, she is busy inspiring and teaching young people how to become the next Picasso.
